I have been a member for over 9 years and still love it. The staff, especially Diane, is friendly and cheerful. Becky is a great personal trainer is a wonderful Silver Sneakers instructor. There is plenty of room, lots of equipment, and a variety of people, young and old, in great shape and trying to get into shape, working out at all times. The hours are also great for everyone.
