Nails by Rachel is one of the nicest salon that I have ever been to. I have been getting my nails done there for 2 years now. I get alot of comments about how nice my nails look, Thanks to Jennelle. I love the different Pedicures that they offer. They really know how to pamper you. Stacey Halperin
