A staff that appear to have more interest in self and each other than the client.
Over rated and over priced, particularly for the area and the quality of the services.
And then to add to the overall pretentious ambiance, the phone greeting is spoken in a British accent….Wow, imagine that, it must be a “classy” place ….that is Spa 11.
