I have been a regular for almost 5 decades -- have NOT EVER had an expierence which was anything but SUPER!
This is the BEST steakhouse in all of the Palm Beaches!

I and my party were seated on Saturday, the 20th, at table 16, the check number is 24603.
On three separate occasions, I told the server [Bobby] that I could have nothing with onions; and yet, he served my main course with onion!
I complained, sent the meal back and the manager [named Andrew] did not one time come to the table to see why I had sent my meal away -- NOT good service.
I was so angry, I just paid the bill and left.
Once I got home and got ready to file my receipt, I noticed I was charged for an item [creamed spinach] which was ordered, but not ever served -- talk about adding insult to injury, UNREAL.
The lady I was with [her Birthday was the occasion of my visit] had an insulting remark made to her by the server on her way out -- fortunately for him, I did not find out about the remarks he made to her until long after we left the Gardens and arrived back in Palm Beach.
I am truly sorry to have to inform you that the service at your PB Gardens location is absolutely nothing even close to your NYC location.

This is by far the finest Italian eating establishment in all of South Florida! On a scale of one to five stars, I would rate this a TEN plus STAR!!!

This rustic place will be sorely missed when they close. I've enjoyed myself here through several different names and owners from when it was the New England Oyster House to present. This is one of the very few locations in the Palm Beaches accessible by water and really will be a loss to the area.

It's easy to get to when downtown; but outside of being in a good location, they should try to improve on their pizza -- leaves a lot to be desired.
