A Day of Delight Spa

I have been to this spa a number of times for massages and facials. Usually it is a terrific time, very relaxing and a gracious professional staff. The last visit, however, was a cold day and the manager refused to put the heat on. When I complained and said it was too cold and uncomfortable for a massage, I was told by an obnoxious manager that if I cancelled I would be charged and no heat would be provided other than lamps that were turned on in the room. This was really awful -- I was cold, shivering and had these horrible lamps glaring in my face the whole time. I would only recommend this spa if the tempature permits. Stay away if its too hot or cold as they are too cheap to keep their establishment climate controlled.
