I come all the way from Illinois for Lori to do my hair. She built Total Image from a storefront with 4 stylists to an enormous business that offers every beauty service that there is. She is the best stylist/colorist in the business today and is also totally dedicated to her clients, her salon and her husband and 3 children--and last year she also became a grandmother. She's one of the loveliest people you could ever want to know and obviously she knows the beauty biz because she's also MODEL-gorgeous. Her staff are very well trained and the salon is friendly and relaxed and a fun place to go. I haven't had my hair done anywhere else in 25 years and I fly in from St. Louis because Total Image has no equal anywhere in the USA!
