No need to travel to Manhattan for a stellar New York steak. The legendary Strip House is open Downtown at the Gardens bringing with it the caliber of award-winning cuisine that has earned the Strip House accolades from the industry's top critics as well as inclusion in Manhattan's newly minted Michelin Guide.
My friends and i had dinner there and it was amazing. Great ambiance, very romantic, professional staff and wonderful atmosphere. Not to mention, nice place for a first date!
The food is consistently incredible - the service is impeccable - the ambiance is hip - sexy - yet comfortable - it is truly one of a kind and the best restaurant in Palm Beach County bar none.
Took several of my clients Tuesday to the Strip House to celebrate. The steaks were outstanding! The service was impeccable. The server realized we were conducting business and was very un-intrusive but took care of our every need. I have dined at the Gardens location many times and NEVER had a bad experience. I would recommend this great steakhouse to any of my friends or clients. Keep up the good work Strip House!!!
I and my party were seated on Saturday, the 20th, at table 16, the check number is 24603.
On three separate occasions, I told the server [Bobby] that I could have nothing with onions; and yet, he served my main course with onion!
I complained, sent the meal back and the manager [named Andrew] did not one time come to the table to see why I had sent my meal away -- NOT good service.
I was so angry, I just paid the bill and left.
Once I got home and got ready to file my receipt, I noticed I was charged for an item [creamed spinach] which was ordered, but not ever served -- talk about adding insult to injury, UNREAL.
The lady I was with [her Birthday was the occasion of my visit] had an insulting remark made to her by the server on her way out -- fortunately for him, I did not find out about the remarks he made to her until long after we left the Gardens and arrived back in Palm Beach.
I am truly sorry to have to inform you that the service at your PB Gardens location is absolutely nothing even close to your NYC location.
This is the restaurant I have been looking for my entire life! The best steak, I have ever had outside my own home. Possibly the best service of any restaurant in the palm beach county, Strip House makes me want to go out to dinner again. Other local restaurants should take a hard look at how the Strip House conducts business.
We went there for our anniversary last week. They took such good care of us. It is definitely worth the price. The Filet was like no other. The private rooms are real nice too.
