A staff that appear to have more interest in self and each other than the client.
Over rated and over priced, particularly for the area and the quality of the services.
And then to add to the overall pretentious ambiance, the phone greeting is spoken in a British accent….Wow, imagine that, it must be a “classy” place ….that is Spa 11.

Its not fun to do this, Iam over "the upset feeling, since it happen to me quiet sometime ago, but in this case, my oh my...I went to this place for hair cut and color, after $450 later, I walk out thinking, CRAP, not only I was treated like, lack of better word, CRAP, I also felt like the staffs was doing me a favor while they were "working" to serve me.
Dont get me wrong, the girl who does my hair was so sweet, looking around, I feel like she was out of place compare to the rest of the staffs, which seem like, their main concern was how do they look, instead of paying attention to us: the paying client! Oh, well......

Eleven is truly many steps above a ten. Experiencing Eleven Spa is a dream come true. . . . . from the exceptional service to the new custom skin care. . . .

I have been to another spa in town, and I have to say that spa 11 is the cleanest and when you are wanting to relax you don't want to worry about cleanliness around you.

Simply the best. My fiance and I have tried many others. Nothing compares to Spa eleven. It's hip and fantastic. Please see Paige and Monet for facials and Amy for a massage. You must relax by the sitting pool and catch the sun!
