I have been going to Smoke Inn since 2005. I was always more impressed by Abe than any other retailer. His knowledge about the cigar industry and his selection just cannot be beaten. Abe owns all three shops, so he is not always at the main store in West Palm, but he keeps a staff that is just as friendly and knowledgable as he is. No matter who you are, you will always be greeted by welcoming faces and copious amounts of product when you go into Smoke Inn. Not only that, but have never been to better events than at Smoke Inn.
I started going to Smoke Inn about three years ago, knowing very little about cigars. Abe was friendly, patient and exceptionally helpful. Now, I'm there daily for the good smokes and good company. I also travel extensively throughout S. Florida and have been to all the rest. Smoke Inn is the friendliest, most welcoming place where anyone and everyone can fit right in to enjoy a good cigar and camaraderie. Service is first class, selection unsurpassed, the atmosphere unpretentious, the numerous events top notch and, always, Abe is around to give the place character. :) Keep up the good work, guys!
Smoke Inn is the best smoke shop in South Florida! I have been to several cigar shops all over this state and Smoke inn is the best by far. I love this place and it has become my second home.
I needed a box of cigars shipped to me in new york right before Christmas the gentleman on the phone was very polite and said he would get them right out. Within two days they arrived (Christmas Eve) with a hand written note,that read, I hope these arrived in time along with holiday wishes for me and my family signed Abe(owner) Sir you have a customer for life
