Grounded in a 5,000 year old tradition, the heart of PremYoga is dedicated to self-transformation. In the sanctuary of the Center, one can attain the benefits of a strong and flexible body while challenging old conditioned attitudes which undermine healthy balanced living. Our intention is to become more aware of the inner attitudes that create stress, and make new choices that support self-acceptance and empowerment.

There is no one like PremShakti anywhere else. She is a yoga master, and a goddess. She takes yoga from the realm of mere exercise and stretching, and re-unites it with its authentic spiritual heritage, so that you start unfolding your full potential. Inside - you feel true freedom, peace, and bliss. Outside - you get clearer in mind, healthier, more loving, more fun to be around. PremYoga is a true gateway to heaven.

My favorite yoga center. Great yoga classes, satsangs, kirtan, knowledge meetings (yoga, meditation, tantra, vedanta). Wonderful workshops (Awakening Intensives, Yoga Teacher Training - nationally certified, Spiritual Relationships, etc.). Fulfilling social gatherings (parties, drum/dance circles, etc.).

Here is PremShakti (the founder of PremYoga) and her friends performing kirtan (devotional chanting) and beautiful yoga postures at the yearly West Palm Beach IndiaFest. They are the only non-Indian group regularly invited to perform - a tribute to their deep dedication to yoga and its traditional roots.
