This studio was so inviting and clean. I took a barre class and let me tell you - a better workout than Exhale's "core fusion" class. I like the old school approach Power barre's instructor Dorian Hayes used - she emphasizing on the traditional "lotte berk" method. WOW - I cannot wait to go the next time I visit from New York!! Highly recommend this class for those looking for the ultimate challenge and amazing results

My instructor, I think her name was Katie, had a really positive aura and great leadership style. I have taken this class before and I have to say it was a great work out!! Again!!
