Pilates of Boca, offers an integrative systematic approach to the Pilates method. We work with spring-based equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chairs and Pedi-pole, as well as Barrels, Magic Circles, and the Mat to strengthen the body’s powerhouse. The bright, intimate space at Pilates of Boca is both calming and energizing. Balanced Body, one of the forerunners in Pilates equipment, manufactured all of our equipment.
