Palladio was founded in 2003 by Daniele Podini. His idea was to create a new breed of Full Service Gourmet Markets, that would finally deliver in South Florida quality and variety at fair prices combined with an upscale appearance of the store and an impressive presentation of the products. Ultimately the goal was to deliver an outstanding shopping experience unlike what other markets offer.
