I used Memories by Mark in 2006 for the first time for my wedding. I found him to provide a very professional service. I came all the way from London still not sure who was going to be my official photographer for the day. Having talked to afew people his name came up and after viewing his customer albums, we decided to use this service. We found his prices very reasonable and not only received great photos also enjoyed over 14 months of our photos on line for friends and family to view. I certainly recommend them, they are great!!
I used Mark for my wedding that was nearly two years ago. On my wedding DVD he spelled my name wrong. I was told that he would fix it. After repeated emails and phone calls, I have still not heard from him. Its fully how I did get about 10 emails to vote for him on this site. Unfortunate for him, my vote will NOT be going to Mark. I am very disappointed with his professionalism after the fact.

I've had several opportunities to work with Mark and Suzanne. They are not just photographers they are family members when they are at a wedding.
