Jinja Bar & Bistro is a cozy neighborhood restaurant serving pan-Asian food in an intimate setting for casual dining. Our goal is to offer the best of Southeast Asian cuisines, featuring our favorite dishes from Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore. We serve lunch and dinner and offer take-out.
At Jinja, we use fresh, authentic ingredients, inviting our chefs to add distinctive twists to popular favorites such as potstickers, noodle bowls, tempura, and beef and fish dishes. Our classic Polynesian drink menu highlights exotic libations of the 1930s and 40s, and our warm décor features vintage travel and advertising posters from that era.
In 2002 Tom and Lesley Allin and Doug Lanham founded Jinja Bar & Bistro in Santa Fe, New Mexico. With a collective 60 years of experience in the food industry, the partners pursued their dream of creating a unique restaurant that combines great food and fun drinks with old-fashioned hospitality.
Ate there last night. Excellent Asian food and great service. Try the Shaking Beef...AWESOME! Share lots of starters too...like the Lettuce Wraps, Pot Stickers, Tempura Vegetables. Everything we tried was really delicious and full of flavor!
