Welcome to Hugo's Gourmet Catering, where great taste and beautiful presentation come together. Most people hear the word "gourmet" and immediately think "expensive or exotic", but to us it means fresh ingredients combined with an experienced hand creating a burst of sensational seasonings and topped off by a magnificent presentation. We know the competition is fierce and that's why we take pride and give our personal touch to each and every client. My wife and I collectively possess over 40 years in the industry, opening our own restaurant in 1998, starting out as a small lunch takeout. Gradually, we became much busier with catering and decided to stick to doing that alone. And here we are, ready to create a culinary memory just for you!
We have worked with Hugo's Gourmet Catering for around 6 years. HGC has been very reliable and punctual when it comes to being at an event and delivering above and beyond. As far as quality is concerned they have always been attentive to our menu requests and made very satisfactory changes to meet those requests.

Hugo combines color, taste, and creativity to all of his spreads. Absolutely wonderful displays, that you almost hate to disturb. Once your taste buds are acclimated, you don't worry about the looks anymore and you just keep nibbling. There is never a compromise with Hugo. Great conversation pieces for your guests to marvel over. They will never get enough.
Chef Hugo has experience with a wide variety of cuisine and his wife grew up in the restaurant industry. Their excellent reputation and many years in business serving the Palm Beaches allows them to put together the best team to service the most demanding event with ease. They can cook anywhere and make it great!
Their work is very creative, beautiful and really delicious! They are professional and ready for any occasion, none too big or small. I have had many appetizers from them at weddings, small gatherings, and big parties, and it has always been excellent! I HIGHLY recommend them!
My husband and I both had the opportunity to attend a party thrown by Hugo's catering. The food was delicious. The food was not only the best part. The presentation and the service was incredible. If you do not pick Hugo's catering as an A-List then you are sadly missing out.
