Do not go to this bridal shop if you are expecting any kind of customer service. I ordered shoes from this shop for my wedding and paid for them in full. I am now without shoes and out the money I paid for the shoes. The owner refused to return my phone call after many attempts to get my shoes before my wedding. They also have similar complaints on the better business bureau website.

I was a walk in looking for a wedding dress and saw her advertised special weekend.
I want to say I walked in and they took care of me as if I was the only one in the store, granted the store was busy.
I have to say I must of been the most difficult customer in that store but Leslie and Virginia were awesome they did not push me in anything they constantly told me that I should feel comfortable and it was all about me. Granted I have the most beautiful dress with their help. So, if there are any brides out there that need a dress and TLC Formal Accents is the place to go, they sincerely make you feel so special. Thank you Ladies

As soon as I found my dream wedding gown it became the most difficult task until I came across Leslie at Formal Accents. She went above & beyond to get me a sample to try on. I knew it was the one and & ever since she has been so helpful with any little thing I need. I am so glad I came across Formal Accents & I constantly am recommending her to others!

Formal Accents is the best Bridal Salon in Palm Beach County. The personal service was so great, I can't even tell you it is something you have to see for your self. Every bridal salon I went into, even with an appointment who ever was working with me was also working other clients at the same time, but not Formal Accents the Best one on one and thats what we Brides need.

Formal Accents is one of the most professional and helpful places to go for anything bridal. I can say this because I searched from North Palm to Miami in search of a specific wedding dress and many in the business tried to manipulate me, increase their price or were simply indifferent. When I first met Leslie, the owner at Formal Accents, over the phone, I could tell by her calming voice that she was a sincere person and someone that I could trust.
