In 1994, Eilat Cafe opened its doors to the Boca Raton community. With immediate success, Eilat became the best kosher restaurant in South Florida and is now said to be the best kosher restaurant in the United States. Eilat prides itself on two of the world's finest chefs, co-owners, David Himmel- Executive Chef, and Rosette Goldstein-Pastry Chef.
(May 2007) Eilat Cafe has new owners and they have done a great job with the place - it looks gorgeous, it's clean, the service is great and friendly and the food is amazing. I ordered pizza and it takes a little bit longer to come to the table because it is made fresh, like everything else and it would be worth the wait and it really was. My friend ordered a quesadilla and it was delicious and the salad that came next was huge and more than filling. Before the food came we were served fresh baked rolls and 3 different salads. It was delicious and I will definitely go back there again.
