Last Feb I went down to visit my brother (mr Haas) and he introduced me to his world.I had never seen him at do anykind of martial arts or interact with people of all ages....I went to a belt ceromony and I was just blown away!!!!!!!!!! He made it fun ,respectfull and serious all at the same time.As one of his older brothers I will say this "he is my role model" and I witnessed first hand the respect he recieves from his students and the parents of the students...and the respect he gives back just made me proud to be his brother........keep up the great work!!!!!!!!

The great thing about this school is that it is not just a "belt factory". My son is learning life lessons (along with the karate) like self-discipline, confidence, and self-control. As an adult student myself, I am learning a lot about myself while I am learning self-defense. Perhaps most importantly, Mr. Haas is teaching us to think on our feet and to not freeze up in unusual or stressful situations. I suppose you learn that in most martial arts schools, but what I like about Mr. Haas and his wife is that they make an effort to get to know each student, adult and junior alike, and to make them a "part of the family".
