The word barbeque means "to cook over an open fire". All our meats are dipped into Dale's own secret barbeque sauce which seals in their natural juices, and then cooked for hours over an open wood fire.
Barbeque has a different appearance than oven cooked meat. Chicken and pork due to the smoke and slow cooking process may appear pinkish in color while our brown sauce mixing with the natural red color of beef may give it a green tint even though all are done.

Dales food overall is go if you go to the dales west or the dales south on US1. I LOVE dales food period. The staff in both places is good but if you want the BEST SERVICE and the good dales food go to DALES SOUTH ON US1 its a different enviroment there. more kick back and enjoy the staff at that one will stip and talk with you and get to know you verses the Dales west. BUT no matter what the food is great at both places i just like the people at dales on US1 better.

smoky, mouthwatering flavor to all their food! Their bbq sauce is to die for. I buy a gallon, take it home and put it on pizza, fries and pretty much anything else.

Not only is the bar-b-q delicious, but the cole slaw is the best I've ever had!
