We just got married two days ago...Mary Lou did an AMAZING job with the cake! Not only was it beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but it was delicious! Mary Lou was professional and personable...we will definitely be using her for all our future cake needs!

We have been privileged to having Mary Lou's cakes and pastries for a number of years and we have never been dissatisfied. In fact it seems that her goodies keep getting better and better."which is not always good". One of the things I like best about Mary Lou's cakes is that she uses all top shelf ingredients. How can any one attempt to compete with the BEST?. Not only does her cakes and pastries taste good, they look good !!!!!!!!. Give her a call and find out for your self.

Her Italian Rum Cake and Pignoli cookies are out of this World!! So fresh and mouth watering. I know everything is done by order, but it is well worth the wait. I have had many of her cakes and bake goods and nothing compares. Her service!!! --SHE DELIVERS-- I would highly recommend Mary Lou. She take the time to make your order special. My wedding was 9.15.2007 and I contacted Mary Lou in the summer of that year. I was planning my wedding in Florida from my home in Texas.....needless to say, it wasn't easy! When I spoke with Mary Lou, I immediately trusted her and felt that she would deliver on her word. So, I hired her with no references, no pictures of previous work, only the promises that I would love what she created. And love it didn't even begin to describe the PERFECT cakes that she brought to my wedding day. Not only were they delicious, as she uses whipped cream and makes it to look like fondant...but the cakes were incredible! First, my wedding cake was 4 tiered with roses in between each layer with pearls and scroll work throughout the entire cake. Every detail was impeccable and every layer had it's own yummy flavor (chocolate mousse, bavarian cream, and strawberry mousse) . Then, as if I wasn't already blown away, she created a cake of a deer head for my husband's groom's cake. The cake was an ACTUAL deer, horns and all, and the entire thing was edible. It was beyond my wildest dreams (more like something you would see on TV!). I highly recommend Mary Lou to everyone and anyone interested in having a cake for their wedding, or any event, that is both perfect in taste and design. Your guests will thank you!

I can tell you from first hand experience Mary Lou makes the most mouth watering, unbelievable cakes I have ever eaten. I ate the cake she made for her OWN wedding & believe me it was FANTASTIC. She can make a cake for any occasion or theme.

I also have had first hand experience with Mary Lou and her cakes and they are absolutely wonderful. I have never tasted anything as good as her cakes. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone for any occasion that requires or needs a cake, from birthday to wedding to just a party, Mary Lou and her cakes are for you.

Well, we can all see that Mary Lou has a talent for creating specialty cakes. However, I have had the first hand experience of tasting her cakes and trust me when I say that her slogan is correct - tasting is believing...and I am a believer! Mary Lou personally delivered a cake to me today for a party and it was a hit. I cannot say enough good things about this cake...from the look to the taste. One of the people at the party commented that it's not often you find a cake that tastes as good as it looks. On top of that, it's not often that you find someone who is so personally involved in creating just the right cake for the right person. She spent quite a lot of time talking to me and doing everything she could to come up with the perfect design for our party. She took that extra time to make everything just right. Mary Lou's service was as good as her cake and that is saying a lot. It really was a pleasure...although a guilty one, I must confess...getting a cake from Mary Lou and I will happily work with her again in the future.
