Antonio Violanti, who is a known bridal gown designer, opened his first bridal salon 25 years ago in Montreal, Canada. This salon was not only known throughout the bridal industry for its custom designed gowns, but also for its trademark looks that were "innovative, different, and up-to-date." After having sold the bridal salon in 1989 and moving to South Florida, Antonio Violanti and his wife Loretta researched the bridal market in South Florida extensively and realized there was a big void in the market for service-oriented salons offering beautiful designer gowns, not the run-of-the-mill bridal gowns that were being offered at the time. In 1996 Bellissima Bride opened in Deerfield Beach. The salon has been very successful and true to the original concept of giving service, service and service. With many different designers and the offering of custom designs, Bellissima Bride can truly offer a bride her dream dress. In 2004 Bellissima Bride welcomed the arrival of West Coast Designer Tania Alvarez-Kuntish. Tania has been in the industry over thirty years, having received her Degree in Design in 1971. She is a Master Pattern Maker, as well as Grader. Her presence on our staff has solidified Bellissima Bride’s reputation as one of the top Couture Houses on the East Coast as well as the most experienced group of professionals anywhere.

In my search for a wedding dress i had hit nothing but brick walls, until i went to Bellissima Bride. Tania and the girls there are absolutely wonderful, and not to mention accomodating! I am a plus size girl and was unable to find a wedding shop that a variety of samples for me to try on. When i walked into their shop i thought it was going to be the same old story but i was pleasantly suprised. Not only did they have plenty of dresses for me to try on, but they were there for me every step of the way and truly made me feel like a bride. I was unsure about wanting a sleeveless dress, so Tania MADE me a bolero jacket with the same material from my dress and it looked absolutely incredible! I did not experience any of the "wedding shop horrors" that you hear so much about. Their prices are reasonable, there talent is exceptional and their hospitality is tops! I would reccomend them to everyone who is getting married.
